« Skyporn définit essentiellement la fascination et l'obsession inconsciente qu'exerce sur nous l'horizon. Il s'ouvre alors un dialogue entre trois artiste - Véronique Buist, Alain Lavergne et Geneviève Moreau - avec un medium commun qu'est la photographie argentique. L'incapacité à contrôler totalement le processus de création et la contrainte imposée par la pellicule en font un terrain d'exploration lent et parfois aléatoire. L'idée n'étant pas de faire du ciel un sujet d'étude photographique, mais plutôt d'insiter sur le ratio d'espace qu'il occupe dans la constuction de paysage. »

"Skyporn essentially defines the fascination and unconscious obsession that the horizon exerts on us. It opens a dialogue between three artists - Véronique Buist, Alain Lavergne and Geneviève Moreau - with a common medium that is argentic photography. The inability to fully control the process of creation and the stress imposed by the film make it a slow and sometimes uncertain field of exploration. The idea is not to make of the sky a subject of photographic study, but rather to insitute on the ratio of space which it occupies in the constuction of landscape.''
